Which information do I need to place an order?
You would need a valid shipping address (no P.O. Box), valid U.S. or Canada phone number, and an active email address to place an order. You also need a valid credit card for payment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
At this time, we cannot update your shipping address once the order is placed due to taxes and shipping.
What is the order cancellation policy?
Same day orders can be canceled before 2:59 p.m. PST, but after 2:59 p.m. PST.
Can I use a PO box?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, your order may be cancelled.
As a distributor/planner can I secure funding ?
Yes our distributors are called Planners. Simply ask the person that exposed you to this to give you their link and when prompted select Planner in lieu of Customer and enjoy all the benefits that come along with being a distributor. A distributor will have enough products to use and retail therefore some may need to secure a micro loan to get started quickly and correctly. Ask Dr. Karen about how to secure funding quickly.
